Q. Which courier company do you use?
A. We use various courier companies to ensure all parcels arrive on time. Tracking numbers will be provided when we fulfill/delivery your order, together with a tracking link. Customers are not allowed to choose the courier company to be used.
Q. When will I receive my parcel?
A. All parcel will post out within 48 hours, you may receive it within the ETA time as the table above. Unless some back order item, it may take up to 8-10 working days* to arrive.

Q. Where can I find my tracking number?
A. You can find your tracking number on your mailbox. Or in your order history.
Q. How do I change the shipping address after order is placed?
A. Kindly contact us on email (email@example.com) before we ship out your order. Once your order is shipped out, there's no changes can be made to your order.

Q. Do you accept exchange/returns?
A. We're sorry, we do not accept exchange/return in this moment. Our products may checked carefully and should be in the good condition before we shipped out.
Q. I've still received a wrong item/defects item, how?
A. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, and must returning within 3 days of receiving your parcel. If the products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any return/refund, and customer may bear the shipping fees for claim back the parcel.
Q. How long does it take for refund?
A. Once we have checked and confirm the products with in good condition, customer will received their refund* within 3 working days and the fund will credit into customer account on www.moiras.com.my after the confirmation.
